Progress

The backsplash is in. It looks good, which is a relief. I was nervous about mixing three types of stone, but I like it. We didn't want the whole huge island to be black and I think the Cafe Italiano brings warmth in.

Corey called a few minutes ago and asked if the sink was hooked up yet. Ummmmm, no. Hasn't been a priority today. Tomorrow is NIN sewing day, too, so I imagine I'll get around to it Friday.

I can't cook anyhow. Gas cooktop won't be hooked up until Friday now.
