and actually feeling okay. I've spent the last two days on the sofa. My downfall is food. My stomach can't handle anything but dry toast, saltines, dry Chex cereal, etc. I've been living on that and Gatorade for two days now and it's getting old, but then, I don't have much of an appetite. Apparently that is a classic mono symptom as well.
Throat is fine so far, which is great. Corey had a horrible, very painful sore throat with his mono, so he keeps wondering why I don't have it. Don't know...just glad I don't, so far.
My lymph nodes are still a little lumpy, but they've gone down a lot. I'm just tired and not being able to digest anything doesn't help that any.
Corey has been around a lot, taking care of me. When he's home, I don't have to get up for anything. We haven't had too many house showings since the 7 appointments that first day. We've had a couple of return visitors, which is a hopeful sign, but you never know.
I've finished both the heels on the slightly obnoxious socks and started the legs. I'll work on those some more today. And read the latest Prey novel that I've had for a while. And we've watched four rental movies so far. We've watched Neil Young's Heart of Gold, a German film called Schultze Gets the Blues, The Chronicles of Narnia, Clerks, and we still have a French film called Cache to watch. We've thought about going out to a theater and maybe I'll feel up to it at some point. I could probably do it....I mean, I can sit in a theater as easily as sitting on the sofa....but for some reason I just haven't been up for it.
