Slightly obnoxious socks

Yeah, so they're slightly obnoxious, but fun. This pattern is mostly stockinette, which means no textured pattern like the last pair, which I did in a solid pattern to show off the texture. So I chose self-striping yarn and decided to go all out with the colors. :D

And here are my latest stash additions. From Knit Picks and Patternworks. The red skeins in the middle are cashmere/silk and feel divine. I am hoping to make a lacy scarf or something from them...I hope I got enough. It was a steal on sale. The box contains a glass ornament and a kit to make a patterned yarn covering for it. And the dark green wool...don't really have a plan for it, now. I was going to use it for children's socks, but now I am not so sure...it's pretty rough. Might soften with washing, though. Most of this was on sale and kinda hard to pass up.
