We won't be going for court on the 2nd, which means we don't have to fly out Saturday, which is a bit of a relief in many ways, especially for C, who is getting really slammed at work right now.
We won't have confirmation for the 9th until tomorrow or Monday...probably Monday. if we have court on the 9th, we will need to fly out on the 4th.

Sorry to hear you are still delayed, but it does sound like some stress is relieved because of it.
I really hope you get court on the 9th. That way, at least she will have parents for her birthday.
