The doctor

I just heard back from the doctor's office. I had left a message yesterday and am headed there today to drop off paperwork. I had to send a long e-mail to the agency today, though, and fish through our flight reservations, so I haven't made it out of the house yet.

Our doctor and especially one of his nurses, Abby, have been really great through all this. She really goes out of her way for us because these letters and forms and notarizations are way above and beyond the usual. Does anyone have any ideas on thank you gifts I could give our doctor and Abby? Gift certificates or something? I will send them a baby announcement when we bring her home, with a thank you letter, but I'd like to include a gift and I'm kinda stumped. I have some time to figure this out, but I'm really not good with gift certificates and such. Any ideas?
