A nice little bit of procrastination

My bed is covered in items to be packed, and I came in here to pack my knitting and check our itinerary one more time and of course I had to check my e-mail and Bloglines.

About the e-mail...if you opened an e-mail and it read: "a Gentleman from Hotslings has called" would your mind go where mine did? It turns out that hotslings is a baby sling company that is donating a bunch of fabric to NIN, but I'm thinking maybe naming the company "hotslings" wasn't the best marketing move they ever made.

Anyway...checking Bloglines, I came across this list of books and plays on Liz's blog (I know more than one Liz...this is Boston Liz, not Knit Night Liz).

That's 36, I think. I've seen some of these, Like Les Miserables, but not read them.

My reading has seriously fallen off since I started knitting. I need to look into downloading audio books sometime, as there are several I'd like to read, but it's hard to turn the pages of a book while knitting, and I don't particularly like to read before bed because it just keeps me up.

Speaking of which, I really need to go pack or it will be a very late night and we have a long day of travel ahead of us tomorrow. And the best part? The very best part? It will be sunny our first day on Maui. It's expected to rain the rest of the time. I'm hoping it turns out better than we are expecting it to at this point.
