P.S. We got a card from my FIL Monday and when C brought the mail in and gave it all to me, I fished it out and gave it to him to open. He sheepishly admitted that he had forgotten about the anniversary until Sunday night at work. He thought I should have wished him a Happy Anniversary, though. I told him I was just waiting to see if he remembered because I was so surprised that he forgot. He beat himself up about it all evening and wondered why I wasn't mad. This isn't the type of thing that makes me angry...I mean, it's a date. No huge deal. It isn't like he doesn't have other things weighing heavily on his mind at the moment. But he does feel really bad about forgetting...
