This is what used to be the right sleeve of my sweater. The left sleeve is done...completed yesterday. At Knit Night last night, I knitted away on my second sleeve...and I knitted away tonight. Until I got to the point where I needed to start the cuff. I went to get my size six needles to screw onto the cable (I love me some interchangables) only to discover the size 6's were already ON the cable. I had not changed back to 7's after finishing the cuff on the left sleeve. While the 6's worked fine...in fact, the right sleeve may fit better in some ways...it is not the same as the left sleeve. I am NOT frogging the whole left sleeve. The left sleeve fits. The left sleeve is fine. The left sleeve is DONE. So I frogged what I had done of the right sleeve and am about to start it over again. I knew this was all going way too good to be true. I have NIN all day tomorrow and a Steely Dan concert tomorrow night, but I will get this thing knitted on time if I have to sit here all day Friday.
I have until 11am Sunday to knit the second sleeve and the button band. And I need to find buttons....

You know, I think I had to do the same thing when I was knitting mine. I do remember ripping back the sleeve when it was almost done.
oooo - what would Phelps say? "I won 8 gold medals and didn't get the chance at a do-over?" LOL J/K - that totally sucks though! That is exactly why I don't knit much at knit nite...too many distractions and I make mistakes! Good luck! I'm rooting for you!
