I think I just jumped out of it. I just heard the loudest thunder clap I have ever heard....I wonder if the lightening hit anything around here. It felt like it was in my back yard!
The radar on the news shows this first wave of the storm has passed me, and the high winds have died down, but the thunder is unbelievable.
I hope the surge protector ont he TV is a good one. I don't want to turn it off. I unplugged the PC and am running on battery power, which isn't much, since I don't have this hooked up to a surge protector right now.
