The agony of defeat.

I haven't officially lost yet, but it appears inevitable.

The Boys lost to Detroit, which totally screwed me over. A few minutes into their game, Philly found out they've clinched the division title and have no need to win their game against Atlanta. So their coach is walking down the sideline benching their top players, including Westbrook.

Atlanta, on the other hand, needs this win. The coach's job is on the line and they've had so many issues that they need to win this game. So my opponent's Atlanta players are going strong. Dunn just scored, in fact.

It looks like Manning went 3 and out on his first possesion, but I'm sure his game will pick up. Even if he got benched (and he won't be) it is nearly impossible for me to win at this point.

If only the league championship game wasn't this week, when all bets are off and some of the top players in the game are warming the bench at the last minute, waiting for their playoffs.

Big Ben did finally get me a touchdown, breaking 20 pts for me, but I don't think that is going to be nearly enough. Geoff had Steven Jackson, who scored a whopping 4 TD's today. 45 points. Ugh.

Looks like Geoff will avoid that last knee to the groin after all....
