It seems that we will be Hawaii-bound in August. Don't get me wrong, I am happy about this. We've talked about it alot and since my SIL and her fiance and kids are headed out there, we will join them. Love it.
However, I've avoided a bathing suit for nearly two years and am not looking forward to THAT part of Hawaii.
And it reminds me how woefully behind I am on scrapbooking my vacations. I'm only a year behind on day-to-day stuff. I'm really dragging on vacations. Still need to finish the last few days of Spain from way back in 2003 and I have a layout or two left to do in Cancun 2004. I also need to finish the last few days of Williamsburg/Jamestown from 2005 or so. And I haven't even touched Yellowstone, San Diego, Luxembourg, Vegas, or the latest London trip.
Sigh.
I need to get scarpping. I've been sorely unmotivated on that front for a while now, much more inclined to knit or sew for NIN. But the Hawaii thing is looming and Disney right after that....I don't even think I was this far behind in scrapping when I first started!

Where are we in our China adoption journey?
Our dossier was logged in by the CCAA on December 25th, 2007. The current wait from LID to referral for a non-special needs child is around 8 years. Our dossier has been translated and is now in line for the Review Room, where the Chinese govt. will officially approve us to adopt. We are likely looking at another 6 years or so before we receive our referral if it even happens that quickly.

I don't know how you scrapbookers do that! It is too much for me-- too many choices and options- aagh! I prefer a nice, normal photoalbum (but I never seem to get around to those either!).
