Piglet

So a week or two ago (or maybe three...time flies!) I finished Piglet.

I'm working on Roo and he is very nearly done. Just need to crochet his tail and then assemble him.

N never seems to freaked out about random arms and legs and headless bodies laying about. And now when she sees me knitting or crocheting, she guesses that I am working on her Roo.

Piglet is made out of Red Heart Supersaver and Caron One Pound. His sweater, nose, and ears are the only reason I bought that huge skein of One Pound, so I have A LOT leftover. But the color was the closest to what I was looking for and the price was okay. I have a feeling the rest of it is going to be donated to Newborns in Need. I'd use it along with the other left-overs, for a granny square blanket for N, but honestly, it's a little too close to mauve for my tastes and I got all mauved out in the 80's. It's a color I really can't deal with now on a regular basis.
