I received updated measurements for N! I am not sure if these were taken on her birthday or more recently. I think they only do measurements every 3 months. From her 9 month report, she is up 1.3 pounds, grew 2.4 inches, and her chest is one inch bigger around. She is probably sitting right around the 6 month clothing size now.
Still no word on court. We are crossing our fingers for the 20th. The agency is working their contacts. All we can do is wait.

Where are we in our China adoption journey?
Our dossier was logged in by the CCAA on December 25th, 2007. The current wait from LID to referral for a non-special needs child is around 8 years. Our dossier has been translated and is now in line for the Review Room, where the Chinese govt. will officially approve us to adopt. We are likely looking at another 6 years or so before we receive our referral if it even happens that quickly.

Ditto what Jeanne said but I'm sorry that N isn't with you yet. Hugs and prayers that it works out for the 20th and hope that C is doing ok.

Okay - I followed a link from Tasha's blog and found yours. I wish you much luck with your adoption journeys. We have been home with our daughter for two years. I hate that the China wait has gotten so long. We waited two years and that seemed like such a long time.
