I rewarded myself by casting on a lace scarf and a pair of socks.
In cold Vegas last month, I got a bug to knit C a hat, since he seems to have misplaced the only one he has (had?).
One we got in Germany many years ago at a street market since it was freezing and we were ill prepared. I knit him this Jacques Cousteau hat, but it is a bit big, although it will do in a pinch. I knit him another hat and he hasn't tried that one on yet. Well, he tried it on, it was too short, so I frogged the top and made it longer and he hasn't tried that on yet. I don't have any photos of that one yet. It isn't the same pattern and is done with black yarn.
Things have been pretty calm around here. I've been scrapping the Yellowstone 2005 trip. I am so far behind on scrapping our trips that I've decided to get with it and I have been very happy with what I've been doing with Yellowstone. I started it last September, but then started running out of the paper pack I was using and ordered some more of that from a friend in Minnesota. Then it took me a while to get motivated to work on it again, but I must say, it is turning into a beautiful album...I had some of our favorite photos enlarged and they are really adding a lot. Once I get some of the pages scanned in, I'll share a few.
P.S. C tried on the dashing mitts and he can wear them. He won't wear them, but he can...which means that they do have good stretch and will fit a wide variety of folks. Maybe they will go out as a gift in the next year.

Sherilyn - I love looking at your projects. And can't wait to see your scrapped pages!
Good job the Leo! I like that colour. And the Jacques Cousteau hat looks nice and warm. It would be necessary here in the Netherlands. It's cold.
