The one with "Don't Panic" written on the cover with friendly letters?
Just now I was taking a break from cutting NIN fabric... eating soup in my studio while flipping back and forth between Without a Trace and the Miss Texas pageant when I saw it.
A tiny little moth.
Wool moths are tiny little moths.
I have enough wool stashed in that room and closet to feed a Napoleanesque army of little tiny moths.
I chased it around the room trying to catch it for examination to no avail. In the middle of the room is a fabric tote with four skeins of expensive wool yarn. In the closet (which was closed at the time) are two large plastic drawer units stuffed full of mostly wool and wool-blend yarn. In the spare bedroom across the house is a dresser full of wool yarn.
=:/
I think I am going to pull a Scarlett and think about it tomorrow. I've seen posts on the blogs of fellow knitters who have engaged in all out war with the little wool demons and I guess tomorrow it will be open season at our house as well. I'm just not looking forward to the effort required to clear the mass quantities of wool I have around here from the effects of invisible moth eggs.
And does anyone know where to buy dry ice?
