Cross your fingers

and hope that when I arrive in London tomorrow, Corey will soon follow. He's in Prague and we are really hoping that the weather will be clear enough tomorrow for him to meet me in London. He got stuck in Munich Tuesday night while trying to get from Krakow to Prague, they had to take a train all day Wednesday because the airport was closed, and they ended up missing the first day of one of their conferences.

If he doesn't make it to London this weekend, not only will I be lonely and not only will we have wasted several thousand airline miles, but we may have some very expensive hotel bills, as his company will obviously only pay for my hotel in London if Corey is there with me. I'm staying until the 31st and then he is going on to Manchester.

So cross your fingers for me and hope he gets there Friday, when it is supposed to be sunny and in the 30's in Prague. Saturday it is supposed to start snowing and sleeting again there.

And let's hope I get everything done today that I need to before I set off. I've been in creative hibernation lately, sewing and scrapping to my heart's content and now it is catching up with me. But I have made progress, finally, on our 2003 Spain trip. That has been on the back burner for far too long. Actually, I did some of it long ago, but I wasn't happy with it and decided to start again at the September DC Retreat. I'm really happy with the way the pages look now. All hail Basic Grey!
