A year ago on April 29th, we met N for the first time in her baby home in Samara. She was 9 months old, wearing 3-6 month clothing and charming us with every move.On the 29th of this year Early Childhood Intervention paid a visit, per my request. We wanted to get an idea of where N stands, developmentally. As we though, she is on target or maybe even advanced in all areas except language. She doesn't qualify for language services, though, because she is not six months behind, and the therapist thought she was doing really well considering she has only heard English for six months.
This last week we have secured a few backyard activities for her. The sandbox:

In other news, my daughter may need a 12 step program for crayons. Just sayin'.

Wonderful pictures!
I love it when N grins and wrinkles her nose.
Love,
Marge
Oh I agree - the wrinkled nose smile is the BEST!!!
So adorable. If it makes you feel any better, William is just about 18 months and does have speech as part of his Early INtervention. Hasn't made a difference. He's just a quiet child of few words. :)
Awww.
What a cutie! I love those big toothy grins!
