Little gymnast

So today we took N to her first gymnastics lesson. They took her and another 2 yo around to different apparatus in their toddler/children's area and they already are spotting her on doing a flip on the bar, walking on the beam, doing somersaults front and backwards, and jumping off a springboard.

Flipping over the bar:
Flipping through her arms:

Our little monkey knew exactly how to cross the ladder. The teachers were really quite impressed by her. They kept telling each other to look at what she was doing.
I know I sound like a typical proud parent, but I'm telling y'all. It was like watching a duck in the water for the first time.

It was just a little 30 minute lesson.

She LOVED it. And we love that she loved it.

That is amazing! You know she loved it if she spent the entire 30 minutes doing everything and listening to the teacher. 2 yo's dont normally have that kind of attention span! Olympics 2026!
