So.
The Letter has not arrived yet in Russia. We are not sure if it was ever mailed, or what. So if it hasn't arrived next week, an agency person in Russia is planning to fly down to Uzbekistan and get The Letter herself.
Until we actually have The Letter, we can't be sure of the court date.

How frustrating. There are so many slow-downs with adoption now--it's difficult to see where all this really helps the children.

The one bright spot is that the staff are willing to do what it takes.
